Hi I’m Amber, my yogic name is Ambika. I’ve recently relocated from many years living in Sydney’s inner west suburb of Marrickville to the beautiful Coffs Coast area of Northern NSW. I’m loving the coastal change and this new lease on life! I’ve started this blog to keep myself accountable for my own yoga practice and share some love along the way with yoga for anybody anywhere!
